These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of the management app (“App”) provided by Future Now Immersive Innovation (“Company”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Use of the App
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

1.2 License: The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your internal business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

5.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

Termination
6.1 Termination by the Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason.

6.2 Termination by User: You may stop using the App at any time by discontinuing your access to the App.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Country/State].

Amendments
